The PROOF’s acquisition of assets, including its intellectual property, artistic portfolio, and team, is consistent with Yuga Labs’ ambition of becoming a leader in the Web3 space.
Yuga Labs will begin this acquisition by combining Moonbirds and Otherside, a platform where communities, brands, and content creators may connect and participate in Web3’s social fabric. In addition to the PROOF team relocating to Yuga Labs, Josh Ong, Amanda Gadbow, and Jesse Bryan will oversee the move into the Yuga Labs environment. Rose has expressed an interest in introducing Moonbirds to Otherside, describing it as an excellent home for collectors.
