World’s first DAG enabled smart contracts platform Vite Labs announced on Friday that it is integrating with leading decentralized oracle network Chainlink. As per the official tweet, this will help Vite Labs launch its various products that require off-chain data, which Chainlink will provide.

In a separate tweet, Chainlink stated that the integration would allow Vite Labs to bring financial market data to its decentralized crypto exchange ViteX. Further, it will also allow Vite Labs to use Chainlink’s real-world data for its BaaS platform, VitePlus, which provides blockchain solutions to governments and enterprises.

In a blog post on Medium, Vite Labs stated that using centralized oracles results in the compromise of the end-to-end security of blockchain applications, which is one of the major reasons for its integration with Chainlink.
