On the other hand, TrustToken is a San Francisco-based crypto-blockchain company, which focuses on bridging the gap between traditional assets and blockchain projects. The project pioneer’s fiat currency backed assets like TrueUSD, backed by the US Dollar, and TrueGBP, backed by Pound Sterling.

As the crypto industry moves forward, the demand for stablecoins will increase more than that of normal cryptocurrencies. Facebook’s much anticipated digital token, Libra, which was unveiled last month, is also a stablecoin. As the user base of the crypto industry grows, the ratio of those users with less technical understanding is bound to increase. These users, though experts in trading, will be more attracted to stablecoins because of the traditional assets backing them.

Companies like Bittrex, which boast a formidable technical structure and management team collaborating with the ones like TrustToken, will only enhance the scope for stablecoin in the future. TrustToken, too, realizes that potential of expanding their reach. In fact, after the GBP and USD, the project is all set to launch a token backed by the Hong Kong Dollar, called TrueHKD.
