Phoenix Waters Productions recently released its new digital entertainment studio named Omnific Blockchain Solutions. The venture partnered with Coinllectibles and Marvion to launch the studio in Hong Kong.

Omnific Blockchain Studios or OBS will produce and develop entertainment-based BFTs and digital assets. These also involve crime drama Karma, comprising several interconnected global stories curated within the blockchain.

The production will shoot every story in different nations based on the short movie by Phoenix Waters. The venture is partnering with filmmakers in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, the US, and the UK.

The involved companies have decided to make the full feature film and short stories available as NFTs, tokens, and virtual assets. Omnific Blockchain Studios’ debut project will be a music competition named Marvion’s Music Monarch.

The event will be an NFT-exclusive competition where global artists will curate their work on the network. In addition, users can vote for the work via NFTs, facilitating a complete NFT-based ecosystem.

Bizhan Tong, Phoenix Waters’ CEO and Founder is even stepping down from his role at AMM Global, the Hong Kong-based production arm of ATV, to join OBS.

Tong stated that OBS was designed to help and elevate global creators to utilize their creations optimally. In addition, the platform will break down barriers to develop the next entertainment stage.

Tong’s vision from the get-go has been to bridge the gap between the West and East. Moreover, the veteran wants to support the growing entertainment industry in Hong Kong to reach a global outlook. That is why Phoenix Waters Productions will work with different production companies and studios throughout Hong Kong to promote the vision.

ATV, previously a regional broadcaster and currently a digital media firm, is stepping down from international production. However, Tong will still work with the venture on region-based productions.
