Litecoin (LTC) Receives a Pat on the Back, Shoots by 4.92% Overnight

LTC has exhibited strength over the last 24 hours and with three major price variations, it has traveled from 44 USD to 46 USD. The range of the price swings has been between 42.23 USD and 47.39 USD. The overall gain of the day stands at 4.92%.

Litecoin started the day at 44.06 USD and like most of the day in the past few weeks, the first variation was a decline in the value. Between 01:05 UTC and 05:34 UTC, LTC lost 3.07 USD to be placed at 42.23 USD, the lowest for the day.  At 05:34 UTC, Litecoin price started growing, and after gaining 12.30%, it got placed at 47.39 USD by 16:10 UTC. The last variation happened between 16:10 UTC and 00:39 UTC today, and in these eight and a half hours, LTC price lost 4.03% and touched 45.47 USD.

After a huge interval, Litecoin’s market cap has shown a significant rise. Yesterday, it was roaming around 2.919 billion USD, and it has been increased to 2.943 billion USD over the last 24 hours.

LTC coin’s 20 days MA and 50 days MA are at 46.09 USD and 46 USD, respectively. Though the current price of Litecoin at 46.23 USD is above both the averages, the recovery seems to have started. The currency needs to continue its up-trending growth in the coming days to recover properly. The next resistance is likely at 47.74 USD, which is comparatively high from the previous one.
