Computer scientist and crypto advocate John McAfee tweeted last night that the current year belongs to privacy-focused tokens like Apollo, ZCash, Monero, etc., and medical tokens like Docademic, Solve, etc. These predictions are in line with his earlier market commentaries.
This will be the year for privacy tokens – Apollo, Monero, Zcash, Etc., and Medical tokens – Docademic, Solve, etc. Mark my words.

McAfee has been an exponent of privacy-focused tokens for a long time. He believes that such tokens have a better chance of growing, as people strive for privacy in their transactions. Tokens like ZCash offer complete privacy for users, which makes tracking, even by the government, almost impossible. This is one of the reasons why regulators across the globe want to crackdown crypto or at least regularize them as a means to avoid their use in anti-social activities like drug trafficking, terror funding, money laundering, etc.

In a similar tweet a day before, McAfee had stated,
“The altcoin world wondering what to buy. Vertical markets don’t vary. A medical company in the Crypto world will mirror its fiat counterpart. Med companies are the big winners, always. Privacy coins, in a world of crypto transparency likewise can’t lose. use your heads.”

The recent comments made by Donald Trump, the US President, have ruffled the market feathers, as he expressed doubts regarding Bitcoin and other altcoins. Since then, there have been speculations about the future of crypto, including Bitcoin. To this, stalwart McAfee responded heavily. Initially, he criticized Donald Trump’s remarks, and then, in a separate video, argued that crypto cannot be regularized.

In addition, McAfee strongly believes that medical tokens like Docademic, MedicalChain, and Solve, will have a bright future, for two primary reasons. One, they allow buying imported medicines, without paying the currency charges, and secondly, a large number of medical companies are now accepting digital currencies.
