Ilman Shazhaev is a scientist and IT engineer, recognized for his contributions through 30 scientific papers and 10 patents. In 2012, he was awarded a gold medal at the Russian Federal Young Scientists Contest for his groundbreaking project on a next-generation electricity counter. In 2015, Ilman received a BS degree in Informatics and Computing from Moscow State Road & Automobile University.
From 2015 to 2017, he studied Mechanical Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology in China. Ilman is a PhD candidate in Science and Engineering Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China, where he studied since 2017.

From 2011 to 2012, Ilman was an engineer and researcher at Grozny State Oil Technological University. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as an assistant to the head of Grozny State Oil Technological University.
Ilman launched a business incubator program in collaboration with the Heilongjiang Province government of China and the Wanda Group. Under Ilman’s coordination, the program successfully assisted 10 startups and businesses in accelerating their growth and establishing a presence in the Chinese market.
In 2019, he co-founded Acoustery, a health tech company that developed AI technology for the early detection of respiratory diseases.
In 2022, Ilman Shazhaev created a decentralized science metaverse platform that links scientists, gamers, and investors — MetaDeSci. Additionally, he founded Farcana Gaming Metaverse and Farcana Labs, a scientific and engineering platform focused on the cryptocurrency industry.
