HTC, the Taiwanese electronic tablets and Smartphone producer, says its blockchain-controlled Smartphone, the Exodus, will support LTC. Moreover, HTC has plans to launch a less expensive version of the Smartphone named the Exodus, from the third quarter of this current year. This Device will fill in as both a mobile interfacing point to blockchain systems and a device for storage for major cryptocurrencies which includes Bitcoin and Ethereum.
HTC Exodus, the Asian tech giant, has depicted as the world’s first local blockchain Smartphone, is scheduled for release in the current year third quarter. HTC has demonstrated that each Exodus device will be a node which will enable users to claim their identity and their information by having these on their devices on a centralized cloud. Moreover, the vital feature of the Device is that every Device will come out with a cold storage wallet for cryptocurrency.
Furthermore, the Exodus phone fills in as a node on a blockchain created by HTC. User information is modified and kept safely on the blockchain and the Device at the same time. Moreover, All Exodus cell phones enable clients to store their digital money in an inseparable cold wallet. The Device was expected to be perfect with bitcoin. Now, the creator of Litecoin, Charlie Lee, has uncovered that the Exodus Smartphone will support Litecoin and Lightning network, the off-blockchain payments protocol.

Charlie Lee declared the news recently, saying that he will be joining the development group as an advisor of the HTC Exodus. The news comes days after Lee announced that he met with the Exodus group much recently. Lee further affirmed that the Exodus would support the Lightning Network on Litecoin locally. Regardless with the expressed objectives of the HTC Exodus to bring dApp (decentralized applications) to Smartphone’s, the Taiwanese tech giant recently reported that it had framed an association with CryptoKittes, a dApp on the Ethereum framework, enabling the game to be released on the HTC future devices.
