She is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s technology strategy, integrating advanced healthcare technologies, and effectively managing strategic projects designed to improve patient care and experience.

In her earlier position as the Director of IT for the Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE, Mubaraka spearheaded the implementation of innovative national healthcare programs. These initiatives encompassed the establishment of a National-Level Health Information Exchange, the implementation of a secure pharmaceutical supply chain tracking platform, and the development of a robust National Public Health Surveillance system.
Mubaraka’s outstanding leadership abilities and extensive expertise in healthcare technology have empowered her to spearhead innovation and transformation within the industry.
