He added that “ @berniemoreno understands that crypto is an important part of America’s future. Bernie and the crypto owners who helped him secure this win understand how everyone can benefit from crypto and are willing to fight for it. Welcome to America’s most pro-crypto Congress ever @berniemoreno“.

Armstrong went on to emphasize the role of crypto in this election and how resolving grievances related to strict crypto regulations were one of the expectations of the crypto community from the next President.
Echoing Ripple CEO, Brad Garlinghouse’s similar stance, Armstrong went on to highlight that Americans disproportionately cared about crypto and wanted clear rules of the road for digital assets. He added, “We look forward to working with the new Congress to deliver it.”
Polygon’s founder, Sandeep Nailwal too, joined in the crypto celebrations exchange, stating, “Today will be remembered in the history as the day when crypto truly begun its journey towards the mainstream.”
Notably, the House of Representatives now boasts 220 Pro-crypto candidates, and the House of Senate boasts 14 pro-crypto candidates—a promising development for the crypto industry, as many are hopeful for relaxed SEC regulations in the future.
