Coinbase Expands its Project ‘Earn’ to More Than 100 Countries

Crypto enthusiasts would already know that the crypto exchange giant, Coinbase had rolled out a project named Coinbase Earn to educate users while earning crypto, in December, last year. Now, the update has come from the exchange itself that Coinbase Earn has reached to more than 100 Countries. The update came out on 17 May.

Coinbase, so far, has been the most influential crypto asset exchange platform in the US. The exchange has established itself as one of the most trustworthy exchanges around the globe. Coinbase introduced the Earn project that gives rewards to the users in cryptocurrency for performing various educational tasks such as taking quizzes or testing decentralized protocols. This allows the users to earn crypto assets such as Stellar Lumens (XLM), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Zcash (ZEC), and 0x (ZRX).

Anyone can use the service with only a smartphone, it doesn’t require a credit card or even a bank account. At the time, Coinbase had noted that the intention behind Coinbase Earn is to acknowledge people about Blockchain technology, as the crypto space has transformed from mining to buying to earning cryptocurrencies. Moreover, on this, Jed McCaleb, co-founder of Stellar Development Foundation said that Earn is playing an important part when it comes to adoption of Stellar’s network. According to Coinbase’ tweet,

With the expansion, Coinbase Earn will be available in the countries including Canada, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, New Zealand and Taiwan. It will also reach to the U.S, U.K and a large part of EU. This expansion of Coinbase Earn to over 100 countries will add a feather in the cap of Coinbase. The exchange has added that it will be soon adding more tokens on this platform.

One more achievement of Coinbase is waiting for the crypto believers’ attention. On the exchange platform of Coinbase, Ethereum (ETH) has reached its highest notional value in over 17-months.
