In a recent charity event, the Binance Charity Foundation has raised $200,000 to support the Children program. The event was hosted by Bloq.
Blockchain Charity Foundation is a non-profit company which aims to achieve sustainable global development through the unlocking of blockchain power. In order to help people out from poverty, BCF is developing and testing workable solutions to the fundamental causes of social problems. They hope that transparency and integration of the blockchain donation system will encourage donors to participate and encourage end-users to improve their living conditions fundamentally.

NEO founder Da Hongfei has been announced as one of Binance Charity Foundation’s 11 Ambassadors.
Binance Charity seeks to “assist needy children online” in a way that is “transparent.” Hongfei’s commitment is to supporting 90,000 Ugandan schoolchildren in 160 schools through a scheduled extension of Binance for Children to support their meals, school supplies, and the necessary materials to promote their education.
To date, it appears that only individuals have signed up to collect or send donations using the BCF portal instead of independent charities. The time frame for growth is uncertain. Nevertheless, outside commentators praised the crypto-enabled donation system of Binance and said that pilots offer promise up to now.
During the past month, the Binance Charity Foundation recently revealed that 3747 students and staff from the ten schools in Jinja and Kampala, Uganda, had been expanded with the children’s lunch program.

One of the major contributors during this charity event was Matthew Roszak, who is apparently the chairman and co-founder of Bloq. He contributed a whopping $100,000.
