Bill Ackman, a billionaire investor, recently shared his thoughts about who will win the 2024 presidential elections and his take on Kamala Harris’s campaign strategy over a tweet. According to him, Donald Trump would take over the White House next and pin-pointed all the things that led to Kamala’s downfall.

Bill Ackman Criticizes Kamala Harris for Scripted Interviews

Bill Ackman criticized Kamala Harris’s campaign saying that her approach and how the media portrayed her deteriorated her chances of winning the elections. The interviews that former Vice President carried out seemed very scripted and rehearsed to the viewers. When she did try to speak off-the-cuff it went out poorly which made her seem less confident and portrayed her as a bad speaker.

According to the billionaire investor, journalists and people on social media played a huge role in pointing out small things such as her poor delivery, lack of confidence and made it viral over the net.

People wanted her to be more vocal and honest on platforms like podcasts, specially that of Joe Rogan and Lex Fridman, which according to the community brings out the more unfiltered side of a person. Harris denied the chance of being on the podcast which made some voters feel that she could not speak or communicate her thoughts without the teleprompter or probably was just not prepared for a real conversation.

Lack of Transparency and Poor Primary Handling by the Democrats

Bill Ackman also argued that the Democrats would spread misinformation on mainstream media against Trump in order to protect the image of the Harris and Biden duo. This led to a frustration within the community and made the people feel deceived. According to Ackman, this led to push voters to start looking for more reliable sources of information.

The Democratic party also lied about Biden’s cognitive health which blocked other candidates from competing in the primaries and used lawsuits to harm trump’s campaign. Ackman argues that these actions threaten the democracy and are hypocritical, given the party’s accusation against Trump.

The billionaire investor believes that the Democratic Party needs a change within itself with a new leadership and the party should apologize to the Americans for their missteps.

Ackman’s views highlight the huge role that media, campaign strategy and honesty play in winning the hearts of the voters.
