Abdulla Aljaziri serves as the Chief AI Officer at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), overseeing the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer service.
Abdulla brings over 12 years of experience, having successfully led multiple digital transformation projects at DEWA, including the Rammas For You AI assistant, which has enhanced customer service and resulted in significant cost savings. He also successfully directed the Digital Features Management system, which resulted in savings of over 5,700 work hours, and the Asset and Contract Management Project, which achieved over AED 22 million in savings.
Abdulla is a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program and is dedicated to promoting AI culture within DEWA. His strategic leadership in AI is pivotal to DEWA’s initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability and innovation in accordance with the UAE’s vision for AI and digital transformation.
